Ques: Can the XBOX 360 MOD cause 3 Red Rings or E74 etc. ?
Ans: NO; The mod is a replacement hacked custom firmware for the DVD Drive and the above issues are with the motherboard usually caused due to overheating. ANY XBOX 360 Console can get the 3 Red Rings irrelevant of the fact whether it is modded or not.
Feel free to do you own research, but understand & agree to the above before you get the mod done.
We will be in no way responsible if you console gets the 3 Rings, freezing, e74 etc. or other heat related issues.
Ques: What guarantee do you provide of the mod?
Ans: For the XBOX 360 the firmware gets replaced. If the firmware runs once, its always going to run. So, tecnically its guaranteed for lifetime. The firmware is guaranteed to work, this does not include other issues with your unit or your DVD Drive might encounter.
Ques: Is the Mod XBOX Live Safe? Do you Guarantee it?
Ans: There is security on the console, the DVD Drive and the Game discs. The hacked firmware takes care of the DVD and being stealthed, the console does not know if it has been installed.
The game discs also have security. The game discs should be 1:1 copy of the original retail discs otherwise your console's online safetly is compromised. This is responsibility of the end user. Various tools are available to check this for you. Example of such a tool is ABGX360. You can google it to obtain it.
Due to the nature that microsoft can bring new updates that are able to detect the firmware / games, AND its dependancy on end user for only using properly backed up games... We cannot provide 100% guarantee on XBOX Live. No Installer / Modder will. It is a good idea to assume that there is always a slight chance that you could get banned .

Ques: Is the warranty voided ?
Ans: On the regular XBOX 360 warranty seal is not voided. On Slim XBOX 360s, however, the warranty seal is voided.
Ques: How do i know what DVD Drive is in my XBOX 360 ?
Ans: You can check on 360Drives.com or mouse over this image. If your console is manufactured June 09 or later, then there is a high chance that your unit has new Liteon 83850c DVD Drive. All Slim XBOX 360 consoles come with Liteon or Hitachi drives.
Ques: What firmware do you use?
Ans: Always the latest iXtreme firmware is installed. Currently, as of August 2011 its LT+ 1.91.
Ques: Is this reversible ? Can you do undo the mod ? How much is the charge ?
Ans: Yes the mod is reversible; There is a $10 charge for reverting back to official firmware if the mod was intially done by JOGi MODS.
Ques: What can i do to be safest on XB Live?
Ans: 1) Check your ISO files before burning them. You can use ABGX360 to check if they are properly backed up and stealthed.
2) Play single player games in an Offline Profile.
3) Play only Originals in your Live Profile.
Ques: What happens if i get banned ? Can you revert it to original state to unban it ?
Ans: Only your console is banned. It is not possible to un-ban it. You need to get another console to be able to go on XBOX Live.
Ques: What media should i use to burn my XBOX 360 game backups?
Ans: Verbatim DVD+R DL and Fuji Film (made in taiwan); Little expensive, but well worth it.
Ques: Can i do updates?
Ans: Yes, you can safely update from game discs. But we suggest that check our website before doing any major yearly updates.
Ques: How can i make backups of my game discs?
Ans: There are 2 methods:
1)You need a Samsung SH-D162C flashed w/ Kreon.81 for this. These can be found on ebay. Here is good tutorial on how to rip the games.
2) You can use your PC burner, but have to open it up and has to be kept in that state. More information here.
Ques: Can games be installed on XBOX 360 hard drive like the old XBOX 1?
Ans: No. The latest dashboard update allows you to install games on the hard drive, but it still requires game disc to be present in the DVD Drive. If you buy a JTAG system OR modchip like xkey or wasabi360 then games can be run off the hard drive.
Ques: Can i run XBOX Media Center and Emulators on XBOX 360 ?
Ans: No. Custom/unsigned code cannot be run on XBOX 360. While older boxes are able to run linux, it is not for everyone. A new hack is in works to enable emulators on the console, but is still in development and requires a non updated console.
Ques: Will XBOX 360 original games still run ?
Ans: Yes.
Ques: Do you offer any discounts on multiple mods ?
Ans: Yes.
Ques: Do you sell games? How much for each disc?
Ans: NO GAMES. Mods & Repairs Only. Please do not ask us for game backups legal or illegal. We do not sell or provide any games.
Ques: How often do i have to do firmware upgrades ?
Ans: Not very often, maybe once every 3 months. It is dependant on changes to game discs or possibly XBOX 360 dashboard.
